Point collection
For every 1,000 HUF spent, 100 Creppy points are credited to your card. Points cannot be exchanged for cash but can be redeemed at our restaurants.
Point usage
Creppy points can be used in our restaurant, webshop, and towards the price of products ordered through the Creppy application.
The card is a virtual QR code that is activated following registration.
Creppy points are valid for 1 year from the date of the last purchase.
You can cancel your card at any time, after which points are automatically deleted.
Notifications: Creppy Fan Club members receive news, offers, and pancake-related information via email.
Data management: Your data is handled by Creppy Franchise System Ltd. according to the Data Management Information.
Request new card: You can register again at any time at fanclub.creppy.hu.
Terminate membership: You can cancel your membership at any time in person or by email.
